These aren't "get a price" jobs. They need a look first, and in two cases they mean we stop the job to keep you safe. That's the deal.
Call us about these- Full crawl space encapsulation. Vapor barrier and a dehumidifier — a different job than insulating the crawl walls. We'll walk it with you.
- Knob-and-tube wiring. If we find it, we stop. It has to be replaced by an electrician before any foam goes in — no exceptions.
- Vermiculite insulation. The pebbly gray-gold stuff needs an asbestos test first. If we find either one, we stop and tell you.
- Removal-only, walls & new construction. Tearing out with no new install, or work behind finished walls — call and we'll sort it out.
